Being on the staff team is a fun and rewarding experience. It's a great opportunity to help PandigmaCraft and contribute to its wonderful community. However, staff positions are a big responsibility that require lots of time and dedication.

Requirements:
The members of the staff team represent PandigmaCraft. As such, it is essential that you meet a few basic criteria.

• Be at least 14 years of age (slight exceptions may be granted).

• Be mature, patient and fair.

• Be fluent in the English language.

• Have a good understanding of our rules and values.

• Be an active and positive member of the community.

• Be ready to dedicate time and effort to your role.

• Have a Discord account and check it regularly - this is our primary form of communication.
